This 25-year service warranty covers all rosewood furniture purchased from Rosewood Emporium.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
2. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
3. To initiate a warranty claim, contact hello@rosewoodemporium.in/9902235059] with the original purchase receipt.
4. Rosewood Emporium will, at its discretion, repair or replace any furniture determined to be defective due to manufacturing or material flaws.
5. The warranty covers issues such as structural damage, joint integrity, and defects in craftsmanship.
6. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, alterations, or improper care are not covered.
7. Any repairs or modifications not authorized by Rosewood Emporium will void the warranty.
8. Transportation costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
9. The warranty is applicable to indoor use only; outdoor use may void the warranty.
10. Variations in wood color and grain are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Exclusions:

1. Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper assembly.
2. Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive humidity, sunlight).
3. Custom modifications or alterations made after the original purchase.
4. Damage due to use of inappropriate cleaning agents or methods.
